Return Period

You have up to 30 days after receiving the product to request a return.

Return Conditions

For your return to be accepted, the item must meet the following criteria:

• It must be in its original condition, without signs of use or damage.
• All labels must be intact, and the item must be in its original packaging.
• Products such as underwear, personalized accessories, or discounted items are excluded from the return policy.

How to Start a Return

To start the return process:

• Send an email to info@Alvareni.com with the subject "Return Request".
• Include the following information:
• Order number
• Product description
• Reason for return

Our team will respond within 48 working hours with the necessary instructions and provide you with a prepaid return label.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved or denied.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days through the original payment method.
• Shipping costs from the original order are not refunded.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange the item, follow the same return process and mention the desired product in your initial email.

Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

• Discounted or sale items are not refundable.
• We do not accept returns of items that have been damaged due to improper use.
